Sitia Bio (can)

In the renowned olive groves of South Eastern Crete, in Zakros of Sitia, the cultivation of the olive trees (Koroneiki Variety) takes place using organic methods. With diligence and care, the drubbing of the olive trees is done; the fruits are collected in nets and transferred in special containers in order to be milled. After being filtered using a paper filter, a special analysis and quality check, it is bottled and packaged in order to reach your table.
